Meet Shelly O'Neil
As a San Diego native Shelly has lived and worked as a broker in San Diego and surrounding counties for the past 13 years and is well versed in the school districts, neighborhoods, and diverse sections of the county. Whether you’re buying or selling your first home or your 21st, Shelly wants to be your resource. With her experience, market knowledge, negotiation skills and compassion you can be assured you’re in the right hands. Shelly expects that her clients will remain friends throughout the years and long after the transaction. She builds her initial relationships with that end result in mind. When searching for an agent it’s not always easy to differentiate those agents who simply see closing the transaction as the main goal, and those who realize that building the relationship and helping to smoothly facilitate the closing of the transaction is the desired outcome. Shelly truly believes in the latter, and that attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile is what you’ll get when you choose to work with her.
Shelly has served on local boards, and has worked with several charities and non profit’s including the San Diego Food Bank, the Rancho Bernardo Community Foundation, and FirefighterAid. She is the very proud mother of two daughters who have grown up, gone to school, and played lacrosse in North County. She is a self proclaimed addict of OrangeTheory fitness. She loves restaurants, live music, and pretty much anything to do with the ocean and feels very fortunate to live and work in a place that has an abundance of all of these things.
